He joined IAPMO in 2022 as the Director of Technical Services and Research, where he monitors and conducts innovation projects, supports the development of engineering applications, and provides technical expertise and guidance for the Uniform Codes.
As the founder and CEO of Throw a Wrench in Your Plans Media, John also empowers and inspires young tradespeople and skilled professionals by creating impactful digital media content on skilled trades and early technology adoption, including AI.
He is a published author and technical columnist for industry publications and periodicals, and a passionate volunteer and advisor for various professional committees and membership organizations.
